I chose the Westree specifically for its excellent location, making it convenient to reach the temple. What pleasantly surprised me was the excellent concierge service, which provided helpful tips for exploring nearby attractions.

I encountered issues with noise from the air conditioning in my room, which disrupted my sleep. Despite expressing my concerns to the staff, the response was unsatisfactory.

I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, right across from KL Sentral, making it convenient for commuting. I was pleasantly surprised by the serene spa facilities. I had one of the best massages in the world from Liliana, whose skills left me relaxed and rejuvenated amidst my hectic work schedule.
